Brad spearheaded organizational HR from startups to multibillion dollar Fortune 500 global companies including a North American Top 10 non-profit. He has expertise in healthcare, consulting, and technology.

He has managed corporate site HR leadership for a Fortune 75 ($26B) organization and has administered an HR budget of $24.5M. Brad has also optimized areas to advance business performance in key business metrics including profitability, innovation, and productivity. He received degrees from the Human Resources Executive Program from the University of Michigan, Business Administration from Baker College, and a Bachelor of Science, Human Resources Management from Friends University.
