Dr. Takeo Iwamoto, a highly accomplished professional, holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a PhD in biological engineering from the prestigious Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan. Notably, he served as a professor at the Jikei University School of Medicine, specializing in Molecular Diagnosis and Therapy, as well as Core Research Facilities for Basic Science (Molecular Cell Biology).

Over the past three decades, Dr. Iwamoto has developed a productive collaboration with Professor John Tomich from Kansas State University. Together, they have published an impressive collection of 31 research papers and have been granted seven patents for their groundbreaking work.

Additionally, Dr. Iwamoto’s research interests extend to drug screening for rare diseases. He has dedicated his efforts to studying the use of patient induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells with FDA approved drugs in Japan, paving the way for potential breakthroughs and advancements in this crucial area of medicine.
